Think Local

Our Mission

Our goal is to support our local real estate organization as well as our local community. This will be done through education, financial support, and fair lending practices. The Local Lenders will continue to dedicate our time and resources to the development of our local economy and our relationships with consumers and real estate professionals.

Who We Are

The Local Lenders is a unified coalition of Kokomo and Howard County’s premier brick-and-mortar mortgage institutions. Following an intentional break through the post-COVID market shift, our group has reactivated for 2026 and beyond to ensure local home buyers, property owners, and real estate agents have a direct line to reliable, local lending expertise.
